Two full bathrooms—one on each floor—ensure comfort for everyone. The inviting kitchen, dining area, and living space provide a perfect backdrop for meals and relaxation. Located in Sunland Estates, you’re just minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater, making it ideal for concert-goers. Enjoy nearby boating, fishing, and wine tastings, or simply relish a fun and memorable family summer vacation.

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, parties are not permitted, and only registered guests are allowed on the property. By booking, you agree to the terms, including the payment of the deposit and adherence to these rules. Please be aware that Sunland does not have a grocery store. We recommend bringing all necessary food and meals with you. Quincy, located about a 20-minute drive away, is where you'll find grocery stores and other amenities. Our property is near beautiful basalt cliffs, which are home to the little brown myotis bats. While these bats are harmless and typically not visible, they may occasionally hang out under the deck eaves at night. You might find their droppings on the patio table in the morning. We have installed a sonar device to deter them and suggest leaving the deck party lights on at night. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as it is a natural aspect of our unique location. If you plan to bring a service dog, we respectfully request you consider alternative accommodations. Our family home has a strict no-pet policy due to severe allergies to dog hair. Any hair left behind could result in additional cleaning costs, including potential replacement of rugs, bedding, or other items. Additionally, any damage such as yellowed grass will incur repair costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for respecting our property and house rules!
